Default Block Identification

I recently bought an LS b18b1, and was told it was a '96. I know that the year for the head is located just above the exhaust manifold, and that reads '97. I need to know how to figure out the year for this block, I've looked all over it and found this stamp on the bottom right hand corner "PR4". Does this mean my block is not a '96? and is actually an older one? Just need some verification please, thank you.

I know it's blurry, but it does say "PR4".

Reaper, that's the head, not the block.

Does it have a green VIN tag riveted on the block?

If I remember correctly all 96+ Integra engines had the VIN tag riveted down on the front by the oil pan.
