93 del sol condenser fan

when should the ac condensor fan come on ? mine come on as soon as you turn the a/c on is this normal? also the engine almost wants to stall when it does kick on any suggestions here ?

The condenser fan runs whenever the AC is on. Always! Someone else will have to answer the other question for you.
