I just bought a ITR cluster for my 98 LS when I plugged it up my rpm jumped from idling at about 1k to between 3k and 4k and when I turn my lights on it drops to zero and my temp gauge spikes. I've tried searching and I couldn't find an answer. Hopefully some one knows what this **** is

 

you know that cluster is NOT a direct fit....put the old one back and see what happens

And when I plugged it in that's what happened.

 

but have you tried with the old cluster again since ?
