I'm trying to help a friend out with her 99 civic climate. none of the dials have a response when turned also none of the push buttons work on the dash. Even at night when the headlights are on the lights don't illuminate on the climate control. I'm not sure if there is a fuse that controls that whole unit or a relay. Any help would be great.

 

The relay\fuse for the climate controls has nothing to do with the climate control lighting so I'm thinking something may have come unplugged behind the climate controls. I have a 97 so I'm not 100% sure how different the wiring/plugs for the climate controls are behind the panel as the controls are completely different. Worth taking a look back there though.
