Default CRV Blower all screwy

I have 03 CRV. AC is dead but I want to use the blower. Problem is it either runs on low when switch is off or high speed if I go over second setting. ONce its on high I have to turn it off and then turn the car off to make it stop. I have replaced the blower motor resistor. Problem remains. Please help

A/C problems were a common problem on 02-04 CR-Vs. Check this link out for it: http://www.hondasuv.com/members/show...t=52805&page=2

This link is what I was looking for! Finally someone got the right fix for the fan blower not working due to the blown K2313 transistor which causes the thermal fuse to open. Replacing the factory thermal fuse (which is in an insulated case) with one from Radio Shack or Frys (which are in metal cases) will create a short which causes the fan to run all the time. This issue made me think the MOSFET was not the issue but after replacing the metal thermal fuse with the correct ceramic case part, the fan blower works perfectly again.

Thanks "Mild" from the Honda SUV Forum!
