h22a7 snapped crank pulley bolt

so im about to buy this h22a7 accord type r motor
but it has a snapped crank pulley bolt

is there a way to drill it out and tapp it
or a write up ?

A machine shop should be able to do that, or weld something onto the remaining bolt that allows it to be extracted.
