1994 Accord EX question

Does the 94 ex engine have dfco (declaration fuel cut off)? If so then does anyone know what rpm the injectors turn back on? Thanks in advance

Yes it does have a decel fuel cut. IIRC the fuel cut is above 1100RPM for the F22B1 VTEC engine and 1200RPM for the F22B2 Non VTEC engine. Anything below those RPMs and the injectors start back up.
