Default S80 trans making weird noises when clutch is pressed in/out

So i have a b16 with a stock LS hydro trans that makes some weird noises when the clutch is pressed in and out. when the car is in neutral there is whining noises but as soon as the clutch is pressed in and then released there are other noises that you hear. I have attached a link to a video/audio clip to give a better idea on the noises im talking about. i just wanna have an idea on whats wrong before i goto the transmission shop. Any input is appreciated

When was the last time your clutch was replaced? Maybe it could be the throw out bearing that comes with a normal clutch kit.

I hear two sounds

1. Main shaft bearings. They are common to get noisy and begin a slow failure that will gradually get worse and worse. Better off getting a full bearing kit from synchrotech.

2. Dry, squeaking clutch fork pivot. When the trans gets removed you will see the ball stud and clutch release fork are probably very dry and a little rusty. The moly paste that Honda puts there on assembly has likely long since worn off and gotten squeezed away.

Thanks guys, im buying an OEM exedy clutch kit tomorrow and installing it this weekend. So what kinda grease should I put on the clutch fork? Im in Canada and am trying to figure out the total cost from syncrotech including duty etc to see if its cheaper for me to get something here where im from. Parts are not as readily available like in the US.
