Not Getting Coolant
I was wondering why am i not getting coolant because the hoses dont feel like they have pressure in them. When i changed my fan sensor which is connected to the head, coolant came out obv and then i refilled the coolant resivour and now i dont get enough coolant, why?
In the old days, that hose that comes out by the rad cap just ran down the side of the rad and the coolant would just drip onto the road as you drove.
Then came the "overflow" tank, instead of dripping onto the ground the overflow when into the tank, finally an engineer figured out how to "close" the system, so all cars now have reserve tanks, also called overflow tanks, but they do hold coolant. 94
Not exactly so, it does in fact hold coolant, it has a cold and hot level, as temperature and pressure builds in the rad, coolant expands and is forced into the reservoir as things cool down coolant is "sucked" back into the rad, keeping the rad full at all times.
