Icon3 99 civic wont start

I have a d16y7 and cant get it to fire. Ive changed plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel pump, filter, tps, map sensor, iac valve, checked vacuum system for leaks, cleaned system with seafoam(both vacuum and fuel). Still cant find a remedy. This began with a low idle at startup. Turned into low idle and loss of power. Then became a jerking on acceleration and not wanting to stay running at startup. Now it just will not start. Any ideas? Please help

Yes, its thrown a map sensor and tps code along with a vtec malfunction and an automatic transaxle code (0740)

Engine swap? Your ECU doesn't match the engine, and also possibly the transmission.

If you reset the ECU do any of the codes return?

Do the no-start basics - pump prime and spark?

It was the coil. Still have the original hesitation, rough idle, loss of power and stuttering on acceleration. Any thoughts?

injectors could be clogged some not allowing you to get sufficient fuel. or a major vacuum leak your not noticing. check everything, components, hoses for leaks. and also check the FIA valve for functionality. Fuel Injection Air control valve.
