stock pistons are made to be pressed in. most aftermarket rods are made to be mated with a floating style wrist pin. so no they will not work with stock pistons

You're not listening. That's a stock, as in OEM, piston. They will not work.

Don't understand why you just don't get a piston/rod combo.

Ummm...if you put a6 pistons in you would DROP compression from 9.28:1 to 8.14:1

So use those pistons with those rods. OEM will not work.

and with those wrist pins you see NO wrist pin clips .. those are OEM style to be pressed on a Stock OEM rod.

I don't know....would you?

We don't have the slightest clue to as what you want to accomplish.

All I got so far, is you want rods, and to increase compression......

I'm going to guess here, that the OP believes that more compression equates to more horsepower and that, on a D-series, this will net him some significant power gains.

If you try to build the block, be it by way of stock mis-matched hardware or aftermarket rods and pistons to bump up compression, you better be ready to drop some money on a tune to maximize your new hardware.

i drove my stock z6 boosted on 10psi on a gt28r for 2-3 years with no problems... i went alil long on an oil change and spun a rod... as long as you maintaine the motor it will last... for the money your about to blow id just buy a back up z6 and call it a day...
