Bad jerk while in higher rpms

Default Bad jerk while in higher rpms

What's up guys I'm having a problem with my car . I noticed it today after I was gettin on the interstate I was in 3rd gear tryin to get on and I stepped on the gas and my car jerked at around 5k rpms, can anyone help? I just changed the subframe and p/s rack

any other mods like turbo? i know boost cut will do it once u go past 10psi on a stock map sensor. around 5k would be where Vtec is engauging... i would look into that

No turbo it's stock with headers and CAI that's about it

What kind of jerk? If it feels like your ignition cut out check your plugs, cap, rotor, timing, etc.

It jerked like if i let of the gas and the rpms dropped, but my foot was still on the gas. it scared the ish out of me cuz i didnt expect it

Yea but I already pulled codes and there is only one for my o2 sensor being thrown

Well a bad o2 can cause idle/rpms problems usally from dumping to much fuel fix the o2 first
