I drive a 92 civic with a gsr swap. I have been having a little trouble starting my car lately. When I try to start my car all it makes a one click sound under the dash. I have replaced my battery tested the distributor and all the grounds. didn't fix my starting problem. The other way I start my car is by directly starting from the starter. That was my temporary solution, but I was driving home today and all of a sudden my car started bogging in the freeway there was multiple clicking under the dash. I exited the freeway and try to see what the problem was. I had fuel, no sludgy oil and had spark. So I waited for a little bit and turn on my car. I rushed home and while I was driving it none of the symptoms that happen earlier happened again. I'm no mechanic wiz so If my explanation wasn't too clear I apologize. any suggestions?

No CEL code I'm not sure if running rywire harness has anything to do with it. I will check the rubber stopper... Last maintenance we did was when we did the swap last year around late September. I'm planning on changing spark plugs, wires and probably see if I can find someone with a well known good one. As far as main relay it was replaced but who knows it could have gone bad too. I try driving around the block if it happens again
