Default Parts to wait off on until or AFTER k20A2 swap?

How’s it going everyone!!!

I pretty much have all the things required for the swap on my 02 Si that's getting done in January (long story on the delay...) which means I'll have a little bit of money to spend each month until the swap gets done. Now, I'm fairly new to the car world in general so I apologize ahead of time for my lack of knowledge.

My question is, until I the swap gets done, are there any performance parts I should hold off on getting until the day of or after the motor goes in? Also, are there any parts I should get before?

Thanks for any help

Basically these are all the aftermarket parts that I ordered to get installed or to replace a previous part: (I'm sure I missed a few things)

intake
exhaust
catalytic converter
pulley set
clutch kit
ECU
flywheel
composite fuel rail
fuel injectors
headers
Intake Manifold
high flow fuel pump
fuel pressure regulator
camshafts

I guess a better question would be if these parts are interchangeable before and after the swap?

After all the money I've been putting out I rather not have to buy 2 of something and just wait on the installs...

It's header, not headers. You have one, not two. Unless you're putting a V6 in there.

I know this XP haha. I typed this up real quick on my phone. But if it's any conciliation; aside from this lil SI hatch I got 8 months ago, every other car I've owned have been V6 and V8 gas guzzlers, lol. I'm pretty stoked now

I think you're right doood... I have an extremely undecicive personality. The main reason why I'm waiting is because people keep telling me I should do a k24/k20a2 swap instead =/

Why would a k24 be a better match beside the extra torque? I'm not saying I disagree, I just want to understand the logic behind it.

These cars are heavy pigs. They should have came with k24's from the start.

Or he has actually ordered two. Or technically he was describing a single header and made it plural. 4 single header = headers.

Well that's gonna really put me behind =( But I'm sure it'll be worth it :D Does anyone know of an open thread for k24/k20 swap on an EP3, specifically?
