High idle/ac issue

High idle/ac issue
I have a 98 Accord ex 4 cylinder. It has high idle, it idles around 1.5-1.8rpm. When you turn the ac on it drops the idle, but clearly this isn't a good way of lowerin the idle. Is there a way to lower it and not have it stall out wit the ac on.
