Default Identify mysterious plugs

I found these plugs that aren't plugged in while working on my car. My car is an OBD2a Integra with an OBD2 B20 vtec chipped with a p28. It runs perfectly fine so maybe these plugs don't matter to much. But can you guys help ID these plugs?

1. Orange plug located beside ABS pump (faces towards firewall - towards left in picture)

a better picture here

2. Gray plug with green female connector.

As you can see, it is also connected to a plug that goes into the throttle body

Thanks in advance!!

Second one is evap solenoid if I'm not mistaken, I removed mine completely from the harness. The first one is a butt plug. Its for butts. Jk idk what that one is. Doesn't look like any connector I've seen although I don't mess with obd2.

It depended on where the car was going, you can bet if the car was going to a dealer in Winterpeg Man. or Grand Forks ND, or say Alaska or the Yukon, it will have the block heater, Vancouver B.C. or Ft Lauderdale FL, not so much. 94

So it is a factory thing? It seemed way to specialized of a part not to be but I didn't think it was a dealer item.
