Default how to adjust where the clutch releases?

Hey I am wondering how to adjust where the clutch engages? When I'm launching and shifting it basically releases at the way top of the pedal and also every time I have to release it all the way at the top. This happened after I replaced my broken slave cylinder. Any advice would be great guys.

you can't adjust it as you are trying to say. Hondas are notorious for either ON or OFF clutch engagement. your pedal isn't sticking is it ?

The only and most important clutch adjustment that you ever need to do is pedal height:
