Default New to imports, not to turning a wrench

Hey,

I'm a total n00b when it comes to Hondas, however have done several swapped and turbo cars previously. Just bought a Del Sol for $700.00 car runs good no issues. Here's what I have found. It has a PR4 ECM that is socketed and chipped (no clue what's mapped on it.) it has a header, cold air intake and I plan on adding a turbo soon. I ordered a T3 turbo and manifold, intercooler and all piping waste gate etc.... Sorry, I should have stated its a B7. My question is why would the ECM be the PR4 with what appears to be a stock engine? What should I be looking for next on the car? Thanks guys/gals for the advise in adamce

well either way, if your going turbo, youll be tuning the existing ECU or finding one with proper OBD for tuning.
