Starts up runs for a little while if i give it gas it shuts off. ive checked fuel i have a fuel pressure gauge and good fuel pressure also ive changed map sensor main relay distributer. The ecu is throwing no codes no engine check light new spark plugs only thing i havent checked yet is the timing. if its not the timing i dont know what else it could be. Iam open to suggestions.

Ok went to check the timing by turning the crank by hand its not moving so i get out the trusty breaker bar to turn the motor over and its still hard as hell so i fianally get it to move a little and i hear a bit of squeaking from behind the the lower timing belt cover so iam thinking maybe the water pump may have seased or the oil pump i wont know for sure till tomorrow when i take it apart.
