Default odds of a cracked block H22A4

This is my third time replacing the bearings. This time I had blocked off the oil squirters. New pump, gaskets, crank machined, new bearings. Everything miked twice. yet got it running today but as soon as I got it hot on a drive, oil light came on at idle (new sensor)also have test gauge in engine compartment . Oil pressure was normal for 30 mins before drive (17psi) off idle all the way to 80 psi. I have yet to get this engine right since I got it back from goldeneagle(no more then 300 miles). Is it possible the block could have a crack that only shows up when the block is hot? Could goldeneagle damaged it while milling?

Do you have a new oil pump?

Have you cleaned out all of the oil passages in the main caps and gridle well?

From what I remember you were running balance shafts as opposed to the delete right?

what shape is the oil pickup and pan?

Ya I've gone through a few sets of BS now along with the BS bears. This last time I again replace both. Oil pick up is new , as well as the pump. The pan is stock with a return fitting for turbo that I blocked off since last time my turbo got fried. Passage wise I made sure that when I installed the new BS bearings that the small hole was in the right place as well going through the rest of the oil circuit. The past few days I have driven my car til the light comes on. I can keep the REVs high enough to keep the light off. But it seems its like clock work. Once the engine (which BTW runs extremely smooth ) runs for 45mins to an hour the light comes on. Before that pressure is normal. I figure it has to be the block aluminum has a crack in the oil circuit that only shows up when the block gets to a certain temp.
