92 DA electrical issue
Ok sometime when I drive for a bit the car runs fine then I shut it off for a bit come back to start it and it will turn over but not start. I don't hear the fuel pump cut on and the dome light won't work. After couple times cycling the key over I will hear the.pump cut on and the car will start and lights will work but the clock has reset itself. Anyone know what this issue could be? Once it starts up it runs fine and everything works just gotta rest the clock lol
When you say it turns over but wont start, it makes me think you need a new main relay. But what doesnt make sense with it being the main relay is the clock resetting and the dome light not coming on. That sounds like a bad ground on the battery. So I would check your grounds first. One symptom of a bad fuel relay is the c/e light staying on with the key turned over but not started. After it sits for a few minutes, you usually hear a click(the fuel main relay) and the c/e light goes off and the fuel pump comes on.
I checked the battery and the terminal is on there tight but even if.the terminal was loose it wouldn't do anything. Next time it happens I'll listen for the relay. I know for a fact that the cel stays on for two seconds then goes off.like it should.
If you have a Multimeter/voltmeter you could do a couple of tests on the Main relay to eliminate it as being a problem. I don't have the link on hand but find the link to download an honda/integra Manual and download it. It should be a PDF file once you open it hit CTRL+F on your key board and search Main relay ETC. to find it faster.
You can do the same for the the ELD or Electric Load Detector that may be an issue. Also, the ICU under the dash next to the steering wheel column controls the dome light, so you could check that too. Sorry I can't give any definite answer but it's a place to start.

check all your grounds and battery terminals. also check the fuse box under the hood and make sure all the connections are clean. my da had a similar problem, the battery post needed to be cleaned and i had to replace the tetminal on the wire

If the cel goes off like it should everytime that means there's fuel, the cel will stay on if there's no pressure getting to the rail.
Now I got a lil confused, are you saying the car will crank but not start? If cel is not on this means spark issue.
Or that when you turn the key the lights go out? Ignition switch symptom.

The CEL turns off after two seconds every time, even when it will act up and not start. What happens is that every now and then ill go out to start the car and when i turn the key over the fuel pump will not cut on. I have to cycle the key a couple times till i hear it kick on. The car will turn over but will not get fuel and wont start. But when it does act up like that the ending results are that my clock has reset itself. The dome lights i have found is a different issue im pretty sure. It hasnt happened in good week or so, so i haven't been able to hear if the main relay clicks after the CEL goes off.
