Changing ZC idle

I looked in my helms manual for 88-91 but I think the idle is different on the ZC thottle body. Any help would be appreciated because i need to turn it down to pass emissions.

there should be a Flat head screw on the TB. It faces the passanger side toward the fire wall.

I concur! Just to the left of that ugly red vacuum hose. Clean it out first or you might strip it!
