Default Heater hoses

Hey guys.

I put a b16 in a kit car, and the kit car doesn't have a heater.

Am i ok just to loop together the 2 hoses that go to the heater matrix, or is there a better/cleaner looking way to make this work? Am i ok to just block the 2 ports or join them together?

Thanks

Looping them is normally all you do.
for a cleaner look you will loop them closer to the motor, which means removing the hose and adding a new one.

I apologise. It's not a kit car per say.

It's a citroen Ax.

Pretty difficult. Was a bit of a squeeze.
Custom mounts, shafts, full loom conversion, cable to hydraulic clutch conversion.
Everything had to be changed. Its definitely a labour of love.
It's worth it though

Make sure to loop them. If you get plugs instead they will rot faster for some reason. Happened to me since mine were plugged off when I bought the car. Started loosing coolant rapidly couldn't see where it was coming out of until I got under the car. Now that it is looped I don't see that problem coming back

Something to do with the water pump pushing on the caps vs being a loop and just keeps on moving.

So yea always loop them when you can.
