Need help finding part number

Need help finding part number
I (well my buddy actually) am trying to reattach the middle H22A timing belt cover to the engine. I am told I need 2 special bolts, this bolt is supposedly about 70 mm long. I can't find this bolt on the parts schematic.
Anybody know what I am talking about?
