need some help on my valve cover
I was replacing the valve cover gasket and while tightening one of the nuts the bolt twisted off. I was just wondering how i would go about replacing that bolt and prolly all the nuts and washers. If any help could be given to where i could but these items please help.

you can order them online
http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com
or you can go to a junk yard and tell them you need the vavle cover bolts.
In the future, those bolts do not need to be tightened very tight at all. I believe the torque specs are only around 10 ft-lbs.

basically the bolt is actually a stud,
take off the valve cover and you should be able to see that you can just unscrew the bolt from the head, and put a new one on.
i think they're like 8bux from the dealer
be careful with these!
recommended torque is only like 7lbs!
they're really easy to snap off.

Re: (Tad)
Thanks for the help but the honda auto parts site can't find me any bolts. I might just run to the dealer tomorow, but do you think that they will have them on hand

What motor are you running anyways? Only d15s I believe had studs and nuts on top of them. If you broke that thing on the z6 or some d16 or b series you need a bolt. And you better hope you didn't strip that bolt hole, because you will need to helo-coil it which is a pain in the ***.
