I recently start a rebuild for my B18b1 - b18a1 motor swap and my wiring harness Arnt matching up, does anybody know what to do or has anybody done this and can help me

 

So you're swapping out a b1 with an a1? Are you swapping short block or the complete motor with head, manifolds, etc?

Here's a b1/c1 obd1 wiring diagram I'm not sure if that will help you much but at least you will know what they're supposed to go to.
