Default MAP sensor problems

Ok so I have a 95 civic with a 1.5 d series and I cannot for the life of me find my map sensor! I keep asking the guy I bought it off of if he knew and he will not give me a reply. The care is flashing code 3 which is the map sensor but I cannot find it. This is really on my nerves because it is making my car idle at 2000 rpm. Help me please.

Get a manual if you cannot identify parts on your car.

I have a manual I know what it looks like I'm not stupid. I know those are the places it should be but I have checked my whole wiring harness and can't find it.

Really? It's either on the firewall or on the throttlebody. What about the wiring harness is tripping you up? It's an on sight thing. You either know it's there or you do not.

I followed the three wire that control the map sensor from the ecu to a plug then checked every where that the plug went and no map sensor...

Throttlebody or firewall mounted. If it's in neither of these locations then you need to get one.

So you physicaly have no map sensor ? I think the lack of one would do more than a 2k idle take a pic of the ITM area of your engine bay
