Default Quick help on 3bar vs missing link

Hello again everyone I'm about to make power today on a b16 running a 57trim and all supporting mods. I am using the stock map sensor and feel boost might go past 11psi today. Can I just put a 1 way valve on the map as a cheap solution to go over 11 without upgrading? The 4. Bar is huge and I've seen issues with gm 3 bars.

Not sure what to do unless the car makes like 299whp on 10 psi... But who knows

no you can't put a one way valve on the map sensor to boost past 10.4psi which is wwhat the stock map will read. You tune to that boost pressure maybe 11 tops and thats it, it makes what it makes or buy the correct map sensor.

I run a hondata 4 bar but hondata, omni, speedfactory all the same. You can also get smaller ones from each company but 4 bar doesnt hurt anything. Its a single cam on 10 pounds will be 175-225whp depending on the tuner and what the engine likes. Is it built or stock, stock cam aftermarket cam much more info is needed to help guestimate but if your tungn today you will find out soon enough anyhow

It's a b16 that made 230-240whp lookin for 280-320 I figure that power on 7 psi on an eBay 50 trim that now should be another story. This turbo is rated for much more power but I want to wake it up with like 15 psi lol.

I know go by Hp lol. What if I get a gm 3 bar I know a place that may have them in stock. It goes on just as quick but have to cut the wires is all ?

Gm 3bar will require wiring but will work fine. They just don't read as low of vacuum as the others. But many people use them no issues

Well ladies I used the stock map. If I wanna go nuts for like 400hp I will get the 4 bar.

She made 300+whp mustang dyno. And removing the filter broadened up 13whp! But still 300+ with it on.
