Default NY / a2 swapped ep3 ready for boost

Hey guys, I have a k20a2 swapped 2002 Civic Si I'm looking to sell. I recently lost my job and it's this car or my zx10 and I will never get rid of that! Car has some dents and dings around it from the previous owners and I've done the best that I can at trying to restore it. I bought the car with a blown a3 so here's what I have done to it:

Body 7/10
Interior 8/10
135k on dash

k20a2 long block
New timing chain and tensioner
k20a3 tranny
Light weight fly wheel
Stage 5 Clutch
Avid 62a motor mounts
Full braided fuel return system
K-Tuned Fuel rail
Aeromotive FPR
Walbro 255
Russel Inline Fuel Filter
Pioneer AVH-P1400 DVD double din
JDM Fogs
New axels
Skunk2 lowering springs

I have ALL receipts for aftermarket parts. As mentioned, I was looking to go boost, have the full sidewinder kit w/ kpro and tune paid for, but can't afford to run into any problems. I was recommended by my tuner to install the fuel return system for anything over 300hp. So you have a motor, clutch, mounts, and fuel system to go boost.

Price: I want $5,500 for the car the way it sits. I'm located near Elmira, NY. My name's Nick and you can contact me anytime 6076845258

Will upload more pics following HT's guidelines tonight! This is what I have on the computer.
