The rocker panel is the part of the car that runs parallel to the ground and is below the doors. It's what the side skirts attach to. If you have rust along the rear wheel wells, those fixmyrust parts will not help you.

quarterpanel rust is the most common, the rear wheel arches are all you need to fix that.

Couple of good threads on HT for eg rust repair. Hope you are patient. I havent decided if I'm going to weld them in myself or not on mine yet. Been many years since ive welded. You welding the new panels yourself?

 

no gona get a body shop to and get it painted. i have rust along the rocker panels. im just asking if that is the replacement part for it. in the link i posted. because i cannot make out that picture. lol
