Default Wheel/Tire setup on 9sec car?

Hey HT, I been building this car for the past 5yrs mostly myself. So of course every now and then I need opinions/help before I Blow over 1k.

Heres what i'v been considering and I now have the money saved for it.
Bassett Racing Steel Wheels 13X10, 16lbs, 4" Backspace Or should I go 15"?
Idk what slick yeat- Opinions please if you have them.
Exospeed 15X4 Skinnies for the rear. Lightweight Aluminum of course.
IDK what Tire to put on them yeat? Opinions Please

I plan on trying to keep the Stock Front End on my 93eg Hatch.
Currently Stock Gsr Trans/Stock Axles.

Things i'm concerned about.
Is that wheel to small or to wide?
Will I have a good selection of Tires for the 13X10 Wheels?
Should I just go w/ a 15" Wheel? -concerned about Fender Clearence, Weight with the bigger Wheel and I like the idea of the rear being higher and lighter then the Fronts!

Please guys throw in any Suggestions. I really need the advice before I possibly make a mistake, which i'v done more than once in the past.
Links and part#'s to suggestion/opinions are ALL WAYS best. Thanks everyone

13x9, 13x10 with 24.5x9x13(mt) or 24.5x9.5x13(mh)
5" backspace

Only reason to go with a 15" is if you plan to run a 26" tire.

26" is what i'm trying to avoid. I can modifie my Fenders if need be. So sounds like your with me on this. I'm making damn sure this Wheel/Tire Setup will Drag me into low 9's. I'm sure this would work.
Would like some more opinions. This entire setup is nearly going to cost 2K, so don't want to make a mistake here.

Look into Belak Industries wheels...

www.facebook.com/belakindustries.

13x10 with a 4" backspace will stick way out and 16 lbs for a 13x10 is about 6lbs overweight.....

Those are exactly what I wanted. However the Budget will NOT let that happen. These wheels are $150each vs like $450 a piece on Belak or Exospeed. I would love nothing more than a set of Forged Aluminum Wheels.
So I should probably go for 13X10 w/ 5" Backspacing? I'm just worried about inner Clearence. I thought most guys used a 4" Backspacing or do they use 5" backspace?

13x9 weld magnums with 6'' back spacing here, with a 24.5x9 tire, required a little bit of work to the spindle but nothing excessive.

Why are you going with a steel front wheel and then running lightweight skinnies in the rear? Kinda defeats the purpose. If the budget isn't there, run your street setup in the rear and get some lightweight front wheels.

Check out Keizer. The quality you get for the price is great.
