Ignition Timing Control?

Apexi S-ITC (Ignition Timing Controller)?
Any1 familiar with the apexi S-ITC?(Super Ignition timing controller) its said to be used inconjuction with the apexi V-afc. Has any1 used it before?

I dont think you can buy them new anymore. From my tuning experience, this unit is not bad for its price, but there are a lot other piggy back that is better than this unit. Tuning parameters is too narrow.
