I bought a F20B attached to an automatic transmission (needed the transmission for a customers car). I know the auto camshafts are different from the manual F20B, but are the valve springs seats different? I plan on running Supertech Springs & Retainers, but would like to know if I have the right seat.
The springs & retainers that I plan on buying: SPRK-H1005D

At the moment the F20 bottom end will be stock, but I plan on upgrading and going up on the rpm. Not trying to buy another set of springs at that time. This is my first H/F so I might be incorrect on how much spring pressure I need.
How much seat pressure does skunk recommend?
Turbo requires more pressure because boost will blow the valves off of the seat and the higher power increases instantaneously valve acceleration.

while I agree 90lbs is a lot of pressure but would this not be necessary for complete valve control in a race engine considering the close valve clearances most run given the nature of honda race engines.
I know of a few of the AMS guys run in access of 100lbs on the seat....
it appears the bigger the camshaft gets the more valve seat pressure is needed to contol the valves. Take the larger V8 cams who run 120-140lbs. These guys run much bigger lift cams but also bigger valves which are heavier than ours.

Yeah. One of the last race engines I worked on had ~500lbs on the seat and over 1200lbs open. Turned over 8500RPM and made something like 921hp out of a small block.
