Default 98 Civic EX D16Y8 is it OBD1 or OBD2?

Hi everyone,

I dont live in the US so I am doubting wether mi civic is OBD1 or OBD2. I am getting a CEL 23 (knock sensor) by jumping the connector wire right on the fusebox. Its only a 3 pin connector so I dont know if that means its obd1. I dont think I am seeing a OBDII connector.

Any other clue I should look to make sure which one is it?

Thanks!

92-95 OBD1
96+ OBD2

I can't recall the specific years for OBD2a and OBD2b since they differ between the Integra and Civic
