Honda Accord LX 1998 - drivers window and door locks won't work if it's warm out
Hi! I hope someone can help me out. I've noticed that when it's hot out, the drivers window will not go down and the power locks don't work. I can hear a "click" when I press the switches, so i know there is power, but it doesn't work. I can raise and lower all the other windows, tho. I even replaced the master window switch in the drivers door, but the result is the same. When it is cold out, it all works.
Anyone have any ideas how I can fix this? Not having a working drivers window is a major pain!
Thank you!

Oh, and I tried the "set the wiper delay ring in the middle and turn the ignition on and off" thing, it didn't help. I do have power, as evidenced by the "click".
Sounds like a connection is expanding/contracting according to the temperature. Mine was a '92, so I don't know your wiring setup, but use a diagram to find the common connections between those circuits and make sure they're solid. Re-solder any solder joints that might have microscopic cracks. Unless you just got unlucky with your replacement switch (was it used?), it seems you've ruled that part out at least. Maybe there's a common ground that just those two items use?
I'm having the exact same problem. I have a 99 Accord EX and my driver side window stopped working one hot summer day. Then eventually when it got cooler started working again. Then eventually it got hot again and both my driver and passenger don't work. They will occasionally turn back on here and there but for the most part they don't work. I assumed the master switch was broke so I bought a used one from the junkyard and I'm still having the same problem. I was hoping someone might have figured out what this problem is?
