Hey everyone,

After a couple of days of countless searching, I am stumped. My car: boosted b18c5 short block/gsr head in a 1995 Civic EX. I just got my car back from the shop last Fri.(4/19) after having the turbo setup completed and tuned. Since then I have only driven it home from the shop and went for a quick cruise on Saturday(4/20). On Monday(4/22) morning I got in to start her up and got nothing. Only the sound of what seems to be the fuel. No crank and a CEL code #8.

Previously the car would not start during rainy or humid days. I associated this to a cracked distributor cap and a moisture build up. When the weather would become hotter she would fire up. Also, when I would go to start it, a CEL would come on but go away after having the key turned for just a couple seconds and then it would start up without a problem. Today I removed the distributor cap and noticed a small amount of oil.

I've read a number of threads by people with similar issues but their cars either started or cranked. Could my problem be solved by just replacing the distributor or is the car not cranking revealing another issue?
