What is the allen bolt on a 99 EX IACV for?

Default What is the allen bolt on a 99 EX IACV for?
I've been having issues with my Idle and decided to go for a second clean on my IACV, I wonder what is the allen bolt for?

Will removing help my cleaning of it?

Sorry I dont have pictures, its one gold nut that its like where the Valve I suppose its located. I dont know if its for adjustment or cleaning purposes.
