2007 Honda Odyssey -o2 sensor location bank 2 sensor 1
Hi, I'm not an expert at repairing autos but a code reader from the auto parts store read 2 codes from my Odyssey indicating that the o2 sensor in bank 2, sensor 1 is bad. Where is this particular sensor located? I believe it's the front sensor but on the left or right side (by air filter) of the engine compartment? Thanks.

You did not give much info to start with. Did you have a CEL light on? Why would you bring it to an auto part store for code check? Unless they have the Honda specific codes for your model, the generic code reader does not help. If you have the CEL light on and the code reader gave you the code for the O2 sensor, there are fours on the 6 cyl. engine like the Odyssey or Accord V6. There are two on each exhaust manifold on each engine bank. One primary at the top of the exhaut manifold and a secondary one on the side near the bottom. Depending on how they count the bank and the sensor #, I think that bank 2 sensor 1 is the front engine bank O2 sensor on the top. However, I am not sure because it depends on the brand of the diagnostic computer and how they assign # to the sensors.

So my Odyssey is a 2005 and have looked every except a paid manual which I finally did. This is for the Oxygen Sensor that connects to the back of the engine. Every color scheme I could find was not the one for my jack. But here it is. Hope it helps!!!
