Turbo LS-V missing at 8-9k?
I have a brand new set of ngk blue plug wires,new ngk bkr7e plugs gapped to .18 and a new oem cap ,rotor, and tec coil....
On race gas on the dyno i was running an msd blaster 2 coil and it was breaking up at high rpms.. So i took it off when I got home and put the oem one back in and changed the map back to pump with 93 octane in it and it was fine at first... raced a couple people and it started cutting out shortly after...
It runs fine at lower rpms and even the transition into boost but past 8k going on 9k it starts cutting out... My af/r's dip into the mid to low 10's though...
Im making 400ish on pump so surely the stock ignition is not maxed out yet.
Im going to call Mase tomorrow and see if he can throw it back on the dyno and see... I just figured I would try and get a head start here.

Sound like an Ignitor failing. Get a new one or ditch it and upgrade your ignition. I highly recomend upgrading the ignition system. It can be done in expensively and be reliable. Summit digital CDI box with crane LC-92 coil and an Ignitor bypass box
