Default My '00 CRV. :)

Hello all!

My daily is a 2000 CRV, automatic AWD. It's boring not to have a 5 speed, but being a mom, I thought it'd be easier.

I sort of call it the 'Babymobile'.

Here we go.

The AC took a poop on me a few days ago. It just got the timing belt and water pump replaced yesterday, as well as all the AC components.

I want to lower it a little (I feel like I'm going ba-ha-ing everytime I take a turn or hit a bump in the road) but I'm not sure what types of springs are out there that make a smooth ride. Any suggestions?

I was also looking into the 'Euro' front bumper, or whatever, but last time I checked, those were expensive. I'm also asking looking for those window visors that I've seen on a few CRVs around here.

Anyway, if I ever do any upgrades, I will post pictures and all that good stuff.

Thanks for looking.

H&r makes lowering springs for this. It's only a 1.5 inch drop at the most but I've heard handling is a lot better... Nice v. I did the same thing to my rims on my integra a while back. They were purple and teal tho lol

nice, we need to lower it a tad, it handles a bit sloppy and when money gets right we will do some things to it but for the most part she is saving up money so we can put this red 94 si hatch together for her.

Like we have funds for all that at the moment.

Even though, they DO need to be replaced soon anyway..

We just installed a a/c kit (compressor, drier/accum, expansion valve). At the same time the cr-v received a new timing belt, w/p, cam seals, crank seal, V/C set) all oem honda besides the gates t belt.
