Pulling our hair out. No Spark or fuel pump. changed ECU with matching key
both fuse blocks, insterment panel. Checking wiring harness. No battery volts
a f/ecat relay but have key on volts. Has anyone seen bad fuse blocks? Going to change wiring harness next but something doesn't make sense

 

I would double check everything before you start throwing more money at it, check connectors, grounds and everything you touched during the process
