Default 1998 Prelude cranks but won't start

We have a 1998 Honda Prelude and it cranks but won't fire up. So far we have: new plugs, new battery, new ignition control module, new cap and rotor, we can hear the fuel pump priming up, and we have checked the fuses and wires to the PGM-FI and all test out fine. We have spark so the dizzy should be fine. What else could it be? We are out of ideas!

Wow, thought I had replied to this. No, we never did try that. We didn't have a whole lot of time to wait for answers so we ended up taking it to a mechanic - effing spark plugs. According to the mechanic we had tried to start it so many times (each time after replacing a part) that we had fuel-fouled the plugs. They went over everything that we had replaced and came up with nothing. They decided to try different plugs for the hell of it and the stupid think fired right up. Unfortunately a week later it shot a plug out of the motor but they took responsibility for that and replaced the plug and destroyed wire.
