Default need help with identifying a plug

I have a 93 civic ex, there is a plug that is broke I have been researching with no luck. Its a green plug that is attached to the head by intake manifold and close to the distributor. Car is missing an wondering if this would have anything to do with it.

That's the plug, would that make a car miss? At idle and underload?

No oil leaking from it, the plug broke but half of it is still there, civic won't get past 4k rpms so not sure if its working. I put a new coil, cap, rotor button, plugs and plug wires. Also put it in time, I done timing with the mark on the cam gear that lines up to the cover. The disbutor cap has a gap from where it connects to the disbutor. Maybe 1/8th to 1/16th gap
