Ground wire cleaning/replacement
I figured my occasional bouncy idle after pushing the clutch in when coming to a stop could be at least partially fixed by cleaning and/or replacing my ground wires. There is an obvious one coming off the front-right corner of the block to the frame by the driver's head light. (I have a 95 Civic EX with the D16Z6.) It has 140k miles. I was wondering how I would go about cleaning it? Or even better, what wire should I use to replace it? Should I just buy a kit? And where are all the (easily-reachable) grounds? Sorry for all the questions. I tried the search but it's not very helpful. I heard that 8 gage wire should be fine, but I'm not sure how I would crimp it and enclose it with rubber insulation. Thanks Honda Tech.

You absolutely could buy a kit of just thicker wires. But it will pretty expensive compared to just buying a REALLY long wire and making your own measurements for your cars ground wires. I have 4 gauge wire for my grounds, MIGHT be overkill, not too sure. I know 8 gauge will at least improve a bit.
