Went to my grandmas, came outside and car wouldn't start. Has power, has spark. So I check the fuel pump & replaced it, nothing. Check the fuse & it's good. Checked fuse #31 and it's good. Replaced main relay. Checked the wire from the pump to the relay and it's good. Everything in the relay has good power EXCEPT for #7 which is the fuel pump wire..... What else could it be? Why is power being brought into the really but not being put out on the #7 fuel pump wire?! Btw I replaced the main relay twice just to double check. HELP
