Default can anyone telll the difference between typeR valves and regular vtec valves

i was wondering if anyone can tell the difference between the typeR valves and the regular vtec valves gsr b16a. because im trading a guy a quife (LSD) for a typeR valve tran, i just wanted to know if there was any distinct marks or something to tell the differnce. and the spring to if so please let me know. thanks.

well the lsd didnt fit in my tranny there was'nt enough clearance, and it cane out of a b16a tranny and i did swap the ring gear. no luck my loss it fit in my ls tranny but not my gsr.

I think they have a small R on them, I know they are on the rods but not sure about the valves.

My stock valves had an F on the head of each one.

I think they have a small R on them, I know they are on the rods but not sure about the valves.

yup F on them (intake side only) and near the head part the stems are thinner then GSR/b16a
