When it rains my fuel pump doesn't prime, and my CEL comes on and stays solid. When it is dry the fuel pump primes and engine starts fine. Here is what I have done so far:

Checked all fuses (went ahead and changed fuses 12, 18, and 24 under dash, and 31 under hood.)

Changed relay to pump.

Changed fuel pump.

With the Key in the on position I get a reading from pins 2 and 6 going to the main relay.

I am thinking maybe its the ecu, is there anything else I should check before I changed it? Also I was wondering if i can put a p06 ecu in it? It has a p26

 

Seems obvious to me that you should be looking for moisture in those areas.
