OK so I was installing my 02 civic si fog lights today. I connected all the cables inside and sent the wire to the from to test the fogs before installing them. I turned on my headlights and the button lit up and I pushed the button on and you can hear the relay clicking on when I do it and the fog light sign lights up but my fog lights don't turn on. What could be the problem?

 

I check all the wiring and I followed all the directions not sure what I'm missing. Is there a way on how to test if there is volts going to the front wiring harness?

 

use a volt meter.

Ground wire ??

 

Yeah, it could be a bad ground if everything works but the actual lights. Are you getting voltage at the light sockets?
