Icon2 Replaced Blower still no real air movement from vents

Hi everyone new to forum heres my dilemma I have replaced the blower in my 98 honda crv it went bad now I can hear it blowing like mad but only a tiny bit of air is actually coming from vents you can barely feel it but its enough to defrost windows with enough time and the air conditioning does work because i replaced the blower last summer and its the same just enough air movement to keep the windows somewhat clear so is there some type of air door that is stuck? I have the whole bottom passenger side dash taken apart and I don't see any cables that lead to the engine and if it's all electronically controlled where is that door located on the engine side. Thank You.

Check your cabin air filter could be dirty

Thanks civiceg since I had the whole lower dash out I replaced that and it was bad I found the cable to the control arm which shuts the air mix door I don't know if that was frozen up or what like I said you can hear it blowing like made inside the dash on passenger side dash but very little air pressure coming out I do have heat and I do have cold air just not enough air pressure.

I'm going to go back and put everything together and see if changing the filter and freeing up that control arm made a difference it was stiff so either I broke it or I loosened it up lol. This is an image of what I was trying to locate in the first place

Well nothing working still no powerful air coming from vents, the motor works its works on all speeds and all temp's I took the cabin air filter out and put my hand in there and I can feel the air blowing but nothing coming out of vents I'm stumped anyone have ANY IDEA? Is this some type of vacuum sealed deal? No cant be because you can pull air in from inside cab of crv or outside. Damn driving me nuts it would be nice to have some decent air this summer.

i know this is a dumb question but is the blower blowing the right direction? can you run the blower without it being fully installed to see if maybe its not getting enough power?

its not a dumb question actually crossed my mind too but I wasn't aware there was a left or right turning blower motor...HOLY **** it all just a matter of which wire were orange on left it rotates clockwise orange on right it counter clockwise....I don't know why I didn't catch this before could be because when it went out it was freezing cold and I could barely handle changing it to begin with. Thank you for that dumb question because it was my dumb mistake..

I am curious how the orange wire can be wired wrong. I am assuming that the orange wire is part of a plug and should be wired correctly.
