as the title states, ive been having problems with my 97 civic with a d16y7 that i just bought.

anywho... after tracing this and that to figure out what i assumed was timing and distributor issues it turns out my injector on cylinder #4 isnt getting any power when the car is running. and when you remove the injector clip it runs no differently. the wire harness really hasnt been messed with alot from what i can see. so is it safe to assume to buy another p2e ecu?

and i was told a p2e auto ecu will work but it will run auto trans cels

and out of curiosity will a p2p ecu work? ( i know its vtech but im strapped for cash and i can get one for like 15$)

so the posting this post is to just get some opinions. on what i should do before i go buying an ecu (any grounds or replays i need to know about)

also to add.. i know its not the injector itself
